These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rules OS ("the app", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the app for unlawful activity.
You retain ownership of the data you create in Rules OS (such as rules, metrics, logs, and wishlist items). You grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide and operate the app.
We aim to keep Rules OS available, but availability is not guaranteed. The app may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Rules OS is a productivity and tracking tool only. It does not provide medical, nutrition, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on app data.
Rules OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the app at any time, and can delete your account and data from the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rules OS after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
