Rules OS ("the app", "we", "us") is a personal productivity app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your Google account name and email address
• Your Google profile photo URL
• A unique user ID from Google

Data you create inside the app (habits, calorie logs, wishlist items, metrics, meal plans) is stored in your personal account in Firebase Firestore. Only you can access it.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To identify your account and sync your data across devices
• To display your name and photo inside the app
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), protected by security rules that prevent any other user from accessing it. Firebase is operated by Google LLC. See Firebase's privacy information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page inside the app. This permanently deletes all of your stored data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Rules OS does not use cookies or any third-party tracking or analytics services.

6. Children's Privacy

Rules OS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
